What carrier do you use to ship?
We use FedEx to ship out all packages that leave our warehouse.
Most shipments leave our warehouse 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

Our staff ensures that each order is:
1. Securely packaged - bottles are wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a foam carrier and further lined with bubble wrap.
2. Tracking number provided for for every order

4. Real people on our helpdesk - you can chat us, email us or call us
5. Fast shipping options available
6. Covid precautions - all our staff are temperature checked and work in separate rooms, wear a mask and gloves while packaging to ensure safety of our co-workers, our delivery partners and customers.

How can I return my order?
We are sorry, but returns are not permitted. Once spirits, champagne or wine bottles leave the retailer’s premises, they cannot be returned due to applicable laws concerning alcoholic products.

Can I cancel my order?
We will try to accommodate an order cancellation if you are canceling within one hour of order placement. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that customer support is available to respond to your email between Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm PT. Cancellation requests received over the weekend or on holidays may not be addressed until Monday or the next business day.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care to ensure a seamless ordering process. However, we do offer cost-effective insurance through Route during the checkout process.
Route will insure your package and, if your package is damaged, we will work with you to file a claim. Unfortunately, if you do not obtain Route insurance during checkout then we would not be able to help you or be liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.
