RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
By California state law, we are not allowed to accept returns. If your item was delivered damaged, incorrect, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to replace or fix your order.
It is the recipient's responsibility to receive the shipment in a timely matter. If for whatever reason the shipment is returned back to sender, the outbound shipping fee is non-refundable. Additionally, customers may incur additional charges for cost of return of shipment.
We ship using Fedex/UPS/GSO compliant packing materials specifically designed for alcohol. If there is an issue send us images to help@bobsdiscountLiquors.com and we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve it quickly. We requires pictures for insurance purposes and to prevent fraud.
